Subly Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-19 · Publisher: Nodvera

Subly is built on a simple principle: your data is none of our business.

What we collect

Nothing.

Subly has no servers, no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no crash reporters. The app makes no network requests to us — it works fully offline.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter into Subly (subscriptions, prices, notes, exchange rates, settings) is stored only on your device, in a local database. We cannot see it, access it, sell it, or lose it — it never reaches us.

If you create an encrypted backup, the backup file is generated on your device, encrypted with a passphrase only you know (AES-256-GCM), and saved or shared wherever you choose. We never receive a copy.

If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it (unless you exported a backup yourself).

Purchases

Subly offers one optional lifetime purchase (lifetime_premium), processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Apple and Google process this transaction under their own privacy policies:

The only information the app stores about a purchase is a local "premium unlocked" flag on your device.

Notifications

Billing reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your phone.

Children

Subly does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will ship with the app and be posted at this address. Given the app's architecture — no servers, no collection — meaningful changes are unlikely.
