1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SpotShot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. SpotShot is a product of Nodvera.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use SpotShot.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting, you grant SpotShot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content within the app. You may delete your content or your entire account at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates others' privacy (including photographing private property or people without consent). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Location Content
Spot locations are user-generated. Always respect local laws, private property and safety guidelines when visiting a spot. SpotShot is not responsible for the accuracy of locations or conditions at any spot.
6. Subscriptions (SpotShot Premium)
SpotShot offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, SpotShot Premium, which unlocks features such as unlimited spot sharing, up to 4 photos per spot, advanced search and a PRO badge.
- Pricing is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and currency.
- Free trial: where offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing & management: payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotShot and Nodvera are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
